This is a quick follow-up to my recent newsletter regarding the on-again/off-again application process for beneficial ownership requirements.
As of last Friday, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has once again vacated the Beneficial Ownership Information reporting requirement under the Corporate Transparency Act. Given the frequent changes, we’ll continue to monitor updates and provide clarity as new developments arise.
